Hilary Duff doesn't hold back when it comes to fashion, even when she's running errands. Duff stepped out in a pair of teeny leather shorts, a denim shirt and suede booties to take her dog to a Sherman Oaks, Calif., veterinarian on Thursday (Sept. 5).
